2. International Shipping & Origin
Please note that all items are shipped directly from our overseas warehouse. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your package is an international shipment.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery Estimates: International shipping generally takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing times. These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (GST)
As the importer of record, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to your destination country.
- Customer Responsibility: Orders shipped outside our warehouse’s origin may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country.
- Additional Charges: Additional charges for customs clearance, including local GST (Goods and Services Tax) or VAT, must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
4. Payments via HitPay
All payments are processed securely through the HitPay Payment Gateway. We do not store your credit card or bank login details. By choosing a payment method at checkout, you agree to HitPay’s terms of service and acknowledge that your payment information is handled by their secure servers.
5. Refunds and Returns
- Due to the international nature of our shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind.”
- In the rare event of a defective or damaged item, please contact us at thesensestherapy@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package with photo evidence so we can arrange a replacement.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes, local postal service strikes, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
